For example, if you activate the 60GB tier on March 12, the next 60GB arrives on April 12, not April 1; unused quota does not roll over to the next cycle. The only difference between the three tiers is the monthly quota; route coverage, clients, simultaneous device count and the refund promise are identical — lower tiers are not throttled and do not have fewer routes. Pick a tier based on your monthly usage: for single-user office work and browsing, 60GB is usually enough; for two or more people sharing, frequent 1080p+ streaming or AI tools running for long stretches, the 250GB tier is safer; for many devices online long-term, 4K streaming and large file transfers, choose the 500GB tier. If you run short mid-cycle, you can upgrade at any time — the difference is prorated by the remaining days, and the prorated quota takes effect in the current cycle without re-downloading the client.

Third, low-frequency use: if you use less than 60GB a month, a monthly plan is poor value and a one-time pack is cheaper.
You can hold a traffic pack and a monthly plan at the same time; they do not affect each other, and you simply choose which exit to use in the client. A traffic pack alone connects normally — no extra monthly plan needed. Conversely, monthly plan users who want a pack as backup can order it directly in the user panel, and the quota is added to the same account.
