01 / ACCOUNT

Account and Subscription

Everything about signing up, logging in, multiple devices and subscription links. Registration needs no email address, simultaneous connections are unlimited, and the service keeps no logs.

What do I need to sign up for VPNBQ?

No email address is required — a username and password are all it takes, two steps to register. The entry point is the Log In button in the top-right corner of the page; switch to the sign-up tab and fill in the form. Once you are registered you go straight to the user panel, where you can check subscription status, download clients and open a ticket. Use a username and password unique to this account rather than reusing credentials from another site.

How many devices can I use with one account at the same time?

There is no limit on simultaneous devices. A subscription is tied to the account, not to a device, so the same account can connect on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux at the same time — no need to buy a second plan for a second device. Devices online at once share one data allowance, so if several are running large file transfers or 4K video, stagger the heavy sessions.

Do I need to buy again after switching devices or reinstalling the system?

No. The subscription follows the account, so changing machines, reinstalling or upgrading the OS does not affect your plan. Install the client for that platform on the new device, log in with the same username and password, then import the subscription and carry on. If you are retiring the old device, disconnect in the client and delete the subscription profile so the subscription link does not linger on a machine you no longer use.

Where do I find the subscription link, and how do I refresh it if it stops working?

The subscription link lives in the user panel: log in, go to the overview or download area, copy the subscription address for your account and paste it into the client to import the servers. If the client reports a subscription update failure, go back to the panel and copy the link again — the usual cause is a missing character or a link truncated by a chat app. Treat the subscription link like account credentials and do not post it in public groups or forums.

Where is the login page, and what if I forget my password?

The Log In button in the top-right corner is always there; it takes you to the user panel login page. If you forget your password, use the password recovery entry on the login page to reset it. Because registration does not require an email address, the reset flow does not depend on receiving mail — just follow the on-screen steps. If you run into trouble during recovery, open a ticket in the panel with your username and roughly when you registered.

02 / CONNECTION

Connection and Troubleshooting

Cannot connect, connected but pages will not open, or one app ignoring the proxy. Work through the list below in order — most issues are pinned down in the first two steps.

The client says it is connected but pages will not load — what should I check first?

Work through it in order. First, make sure your device clock is in sync with network time; a large offset breaks certificate validation. Second, switch to another server in the same region and reconnect. Third, change the connection mode or protocol and try again. Fourth, quit both the client and the browser and reopen them. Fifth, check whether local security software or a firewall is blocking the client's virtual network adapter. In most cases the first two steps fix it.

One app is not going through the server — how do I route it through the proxy?

Some apps bypass the system proxy or use their own DNS and QUIC channels. There are two fixes: switch the client to global mode so all traffic goes through the server, or, in rule mode, add that app's process or domain to the proxy list. If the app has its own network settings, check those too and make sure it is not forcing a direct local connection.

iOS is asking me to allow a VPN configuration — what is that?

It is an iOS system requirement: to take over networking, the client has to register a VPN configuration with the system. The first time you connect, iOS shows a confirmation dialog — tap Allow. If you tapped Do Not Allow by mistake, re-authorize under Settings in the General and VPN entries, or start a new connection in the client to trigger the prompt again. Once authorized, a VPN badge appears in the status bar, which means the configuration is active.

What if the client will not install or start?

First make sure the installer came from the download area in the user panel, then handle it per platform: on Windows, run the installer as administrator — if it reports a virtual network adapter failure, close any security software that might block driver installation and retry; on macOS, allow the app to load a network extension in System Settings; on Android, confirm the OS version meets the client's requirements and allow installing apps from that source; on Linux, install the dependencies listed in the download area's instructions. If it still fails, include your OS version and a screenshot of the error in your ticket.

After connecting, my printer, screen mirroring or NAS is unreachable — what now?

That happens because all traffic is being captured, so LAN addresses go through the server too. Fix it by enabling LAN direct connection or a local network exception in the client so private subnets skip the server, or switch the connection mode back to rule mode, where LAN and local addresses connect directly by default. Reconnect once after the change, then test the printer and screen mirroring again.

03 / LINE

Speed and Servers

Server types, peak-hour performance and what happens when several devices run at once. 110+ countries / 160+ servers, with several options in most regions.

Speeds drop during peak hours — what should I adjust?

Peak-hour bottlenecks usually sit at the local broadband uplink and congested segments of the international route. Suggestions: prefer an IEPL dedicated entry in the same region — dedicated lines run on their own channel and are less affected by congestion on shared uplinks; next, switch to another server in the same region and retest, since with 160+ servers a region usually has several options; then check whether other devices are eating bandwidth. If only one app is slow, rule out that app's own rate limiting first.

How do I choose a server type? What is the difference between dedicated, relay and direct?

Direct servers connect from your local uplink straight to the target region — the shortest path, good for latency-sensitive browsing and messaging. Relay servers land on a relay node first and forward from there, sidestepping some congested segments and holding up better at peak hours. IEPL dedicated lines run on their own channel with the best bandwidth and stability, suited to 4K video, large file transfers and long meetings. For everyday use, default to dedicated or relay, and switch to a direct server in the region you need when a specific location matters.

Do multiple devices online at once compete for speed?

There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but the data allowance is shared across the account and total bandwidth is capped by your local broadband uplink. When several devices run 4K video or large transfers at once, per-device speed drops. In practice: move long downloads to off-peak hours, put video devices on dedicated servers and the rest on relay servers for a more balanced experience overall.

4K video keeps buffering — what should I adjust?

First check that the server region matches the content region, since cross-region access adds an extra international hop; then switch to a dedicated entry in that region; then confirm in the client's connection info that the current exit region is correct. The player side matters too: set quality to a fixed level instead of auto so the bitrate stops ramping up and down, and close other tabs that are using bandwidth. If only one platform stutters while others are fine, the problem is most likely that platform's regional policy.

Why do speeds differ so much between regions?

Speed depends on three legs: local broadband to the exit, exit to the target region, and target region to the content server. The longer the distance and the more router hops in between, the higher the chance of latency and packet loss — which is why the same broadband connection is usually faster to Asian servers than to European or American ones. The basic rule is to connect nearby: pick the region whose content you want to reach.

04 / BILLING

Billing and Refunds

Prices for plans and data packs, how mid-cycle upgrades are prorated, and how to claim the 14-day no-questions-asked refund.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT are supported at the moment. After placing an order, choose the method on the payment page and follow the on-screen steps to pay; once payment is complete, the order status updates in the orders area of the user panel. The three methods settle at different speeds, so timing depends on the provider's actual processing.

What is the difference between a monthly subscription and a data pack, and which should I pick?

Monthly subscriptions provide data per cycle: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, reset every month on the activation date — suited to daily use. Data packs are billed by total volume: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring — suited to irregular usage or occasional use.

How is the cost calculated if I upgrade mid-cycle?

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days, so you do not have to buy a whole new plan. Choose the higher tier in the plan area of the user panel and place the order; the system prorates the difference based on the remaining time on your current subscription. If you are unsure how much is due, check the expiry date of your current subscription in the panel first, then decide which tier to move to.

How do I request a refund?

VPNBQ offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one: log in to the user panel and submit a refund ticket in the tickets area, stating your order number and the reason. How long it takes depends on the payment provider — Alipay, WeChat and USDT process at different speeds, so timing follows the provider's actual handling.

Do data packs expire if I do not use them all?

No. Data packs are valid until used up and never expire — the balance stays in your account until you have used it. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and the allowance applies to that month. If your usage rises noticeably for a while, buy a data pack as a top-up.

Didn't find your question? Log in to the user panel and submit a ticket in the tickets area; including the platform, OS version and a screenshot of the error helps it get resolved faster. You can also work through the steps in the user handbook first.
